Our beloved client, Integrity Spirits, has a nice article in the Portland Mercury about their Trillium Absinthe and their other two formidable spirits, 12 Bridges Gin and Lovejoy Vodka. Seems like Portland is accepting it’s latest high-proof offspring with love and affection.

This follows the equally nice coverage in the Willamette Week and the Oregonian. We also understand that April Baer of OPB Radio is preparing a story based on her interview with us at the sneak preview party held at ID Branding.

If it weren’t for clients like Rich and Kieran at Integrity Spirits, who believe that groundbreaking thinking and design creates strong and positive ripples in the marketplace, we wouldn’t be in this business. Many of our current clients have just begun to embark upon their own groundbreaking paths with us, so we can’t wait to see what happens next year.

Maybe it’s not surprising that the Lovejoy Vodka also won a Merit in the One Show for Design this year.

On the other hand, let’s not lose sight of the fact that awards are merely affirmations, not the results we seek. The results we’re after are, in this case, the continued growth of sales for Lovejoy Vodka, and that, thanks to a magnificent liquid inside those purty bottles, is happening. Same with their equally wonderful 12 Bridges Gin, which is hot as a pistol at liquor stores. (Ooh, bad combination of words.)
