April Baer (pictured below) delivered an astute and informed report on Oregon Public Broadcasting radio this morning about absinthe, with a major focus on Trillium Absinthe Supérieure.
The story used Trillium Absinthe to suggest that Portland is possibly leading the green fairy’s revival in the US, with two or more other Portland absinthes already in the works.
April attended our sneak preview tasting party at the ID Branding offices in July and recorded Doug Lowell, our Executive Creative Director, demonstrating the traditional method of preparing absinthe using a sugar cube, an absinthe spoon, and an absinthe fountain. She also interviewed Rich Phillips of Integrity Spirits, as well as various other attendees.
